by George and Emily

So I went to Chicago recently.  Emily had a conference to go to so I tagged along for some sight seeing and image taking.  We had breakfast and then I proceeded to the nearest train to head into downtown.  I walked around for a bit taking a few images here and there as I headed towards Grant Park.  I had not been in Chicago since I was six so the whole city was new to me.  I spent the whole day walking all over the city with my camera gear. It was windy with some rain off and on.  Anyway as I arrived in Grant Park I saw a statue that struck me.  It is called Magdalene.  I was there for a little while shooting away.  Today I finally got around to working on one of the images.  This is one of my favorites from the trip.  Anyway I hope you enjoy this image.

  1. George had a good time in Chicago. Maybe we’ll get to go back one day for me to visit the city…and when it’s warmer.
